If you have a return associated with loss or damage during transport, please review our shipping policies. For all other situations, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and if a specimen box or case was provided, then must be returned as well. If your item was purchased somewhere other than this website, then you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, notify you that we have received your returned item, and will notify you on the status of your refund based on inspection results. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Refunds could require 7 to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your credit card issuer’s policies. SkyFall Meteorites has no control over this perod of time.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are nonrefundable. As such, if you receive a refund, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
