We promise to follow the following data protection principles:

  1. Processing is to be lawful, fair, transparent. Our Processing activities have lawful grounds. We always consider your rights before Processing Personal Data. We will provide you information regarding Processing upon request.
  2. Processing is to be limited to the purpose. Our Processing activities fit the purpose for which Personal Data was gathered.
  3. Processing is to be done with minimal data. We only gather and Process the minimal amount of Personal Data required for any purpose.

Collected Information

Other than the uses defined below, user’s data will never be used, rented, sold, transferred or otherwise disclosed without user’s prior consent. Any request by user to access, update or remove information must be emailed to  security-privacy@skyfallmeteorites.com and once received, we will make every effort to process your request within the 30 days outlined by GDPR regulations.

Purchases

For users making a purchase from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect Personal Data including the name, address, email address and any other required information provided by you to complete the transaction and deliver the products.

We use PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway, to process our payment transactions. In connection with the processing of such payments, the processor manages all your financial information. SkyFall Meteorites does not retain any personally identifiable financial information such as credit card numbers and has no ability to request such information from the payment processor.

In the event a user does not want to complete their purchase online, the user may contact us by phone or email to make separate arrangements.

Registration

For users registering on our website, we store Personal Data as part of the user’s profile. All users can, on their own, view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also view, edit and delete that information.

Visitor Posted Information

SkyFall Meteorites may indefinitely store information posted by visitors to our website including testimonials, replies, questions, feedback, comments, associated meta-data and other non-Personal Data for its own use. No payment data is ever stored by SkyFall Meteorites – See below.

We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you with services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.  Keeping appropriate records of our processing (e.g. customer orders) and allowing you to access to these upon written request.
